Hey so I'm afia and I re made my tumblr to start a healthy blog. I saw a whole bunch of others and they inspired me to make one to so here it is!
The reason I did this I was getting into bad eating habits again making me gain some unhealthy weight so I decided that I am going to start eating better.
I also wanted to do this because graduation and the dance will be coming up soon in may or june and I wanna feel comfortable in a dress not like a cow stuffed into one.
Right now for my height and age my weight (125) is good for me,but it's all just flab and I want to be toned not flab. The chart for my height and age said that I should weigh 114-152 and I would like to be down to 120 or 115.
I've lost weight before going from 150 to 130 so I think with determination I can do this.
